Welcome to www.senseieyefilms.com (the “Site”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and services provided by Sensei Eye Films (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1) Eligibility & Acceptable Use

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.
• You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site.
• Prohibited conduct includes: introducing viruses/malicious code, scraping without permission, reverse engineering, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or using the Site to harass, defame, or violate any law.

2) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, videos, graphics, logos, icons, software, and digital products—is owned by or licensed to Sensei Eye Films and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit, create derivative works of, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

If you engage us for video production, consulting, or other services, the scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables will be defined in a separate written agreement or invoice. That agreement controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

5) Prices, Payments, Taxes & Chargebacks

• Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Gumroad). We do not store full card numbers.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees required by your jurisdiction.
• Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in license termination and legal/collection action for owed amounts and fees.

6) Refunds & Cancellations

• Digital products: All sales are final once download access is provided. Due to the nature of downloadable files, we generally do not offer refunds.
• Services: Any refunds/cancellations are governed by the specific service agreement or invoice terms.
• If you experience a technical issue with a download, contact admin@senseieyefilms.com and we’ll help restore access.

7) User Content & Testimonials

If you submit or share reviews, testimonials, comments, or materials (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, and display the User Content (including your display name and professional title, if provided) for marketing and promotional purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.

8) Third-Party Links, Tools & Affiliates

• The Site may include links to third-party websites, tools, or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
• We participate in affiliate programs (including Amazon Associates) and may earn commissions from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclaimer.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Sensei Eye Films be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, products, or services—even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

13) SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and explicitly opting in through our website forms, booking forms, or other consent-based methods, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Sensei Eye Films. These messages may include transactional communications such as appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, responses to inquiries, and account notifications. If you separately opt in, we may also send marketing or promotional messages related to our services or offerings.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

14) DMCA / Copyright Concerns

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please email admin@senseieyefilms.com with: (a) your contact info; (b) a description/URL of the allegedly infringing material; (c) a statement of good-faith belief; (d) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act; and (e) your signature (typed is acceptable).

15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
• Informal resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to email us at admin@senseieyefilms.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
• Arbitration: If not resolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia, before a single arbitrator, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You and we waive the right to a jury trial.
• Class action waiver: Disputes may be brought only in your or our individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
• Certain claims for injunctive or equitable relief regarding intellectual property may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction.

16) International Use

We operate from the United States. If you access the Site from other regions, you are responsible for compliance with local laws and understand that our products, policies, and dispute procedures are governed by U.S./Georgia law.

17) Changes to the Site or Terms
